Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the agreement that
operates between us and you (hereinafter, ” The Terms “). These Terms set out the rights and obligations
of all users (hereinafter, “you” / “your”) and those of the MAXX group (hereinafter, us / our / we / the Vendor) in relation to the goods/services offered by us through this website or the App
(hereinafter, collectively known as the " Maxx group services"). Before You click on the " Authorize
Payment" button at the end of the ordering process, please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy
Statement. By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by these
Terms and our Privacy Statement. If You do not agree to all of the Terms and the Privacy Statement, do
not place an order.

The legal bits.

We’re maxx-group.com, a company registered in Prishtina Kosovo. Our HQ is at Rruga Marigona
Residence, Preoc 10500, Kosovo 10000.
When you shop with us (or access our services, app, and website), these terms apply. They are
important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful
info. We keep these terms and Help pages updated and we amend them every so often, so remember to
check back in before you shop, as the latest set will apply.

About you

To shop with us, you need to:
–  Be at least 16 years old;
–  Have a credit or debit card that we accept (see bottom of the page for details of the current payment
providers);
–  be authorized to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to
use it).
–  Purchases can be made using gift cards
–  Pay CASH (on Delivery)

Placing an order

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of
your order. We next perform a basic pre-authorization check to ensure that the card has sufficient
funds.
We will only accept your order once payment has been approved and the payment card has been
debited. You may be able to cancel (but not change) your order within a short amount of time after
placing it — the timeframe depends on the delivery option you choose (and will be set out in the

acknowledgment email). You won’t be able to cancel your order; you’ll have to change it (return the
original item(s)) and place a new one.
All purchases are subject to availability and order price confirmation. Don’t worry, if there’s a
problem with your order, we’ll contact you.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:.

 – Visa
 – MasterCard
 – Payment on delivery

Your purchase will be charged when your order is sent out
Some banks will show both the pre-authorization and the actual charge. This sum will be
released automatically. If this does not occur, we recommend contacting your bank to get the pre-
authorization released as soon as possible.

GIFT CARDS

If you’re the lucky recipient of a MAXX Gift Card (high five!). A few points to bear in mind:
Gift Cards can be used to buy any item that is in the store, web, or app.

If you’re being super generous and buying someone else a MAXX Gift Card, please make sure you get
their Name and Surname correctly! If you get it wrong and the Gift Card is named to someone else who
uses it, there’s not much we can do. Check, double-check, and even triple-check before you buy it.

The Gift Card bought within the store or through the website has six months expiry date.
Maxx reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card at its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.
