When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. We next perform a basic pre-authorization check to ensure that the card has sufficient funds.
We will only accept your order once payment has been approved and the payment card has been debited. You may be able to cancel (but not change) your order within a short amount of time after placing it — the timeframe depends on the delivery option you choose (and will be set out in the acknowledgment email). You won’t be able to cancel your order; you’ll have to change it (return the original item(s)) and place a new one.
All purchases are subject to availability and order price confirmation. Don’t worry, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll contact you.

Some banks will show both the pre-authorization and the actual charge. This sum will be released automatically. If this does not occur, we recommend contacting your bank to get the pre-authorization released as soon as possible.
