RETURNS AND EXHANGES

When exchanging a product purchased online from MAXX Group, please consider the following:

  • You have 24 hours from the date of receipt to request an exchange.
  • Only items purchased directly from MAXX Group, either online or at a physical MAXX Store, are eligible for exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the product. For example, shoes should be returned in their original shoe box.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that underwear and swimwear items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery Costs and Proof of Postage
Exchange shipping costs vary based on your location. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to cover the shipping fees depending on the size of your package.

Original Condition
Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but don’t actually wear it.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to process your exchange. In such cases, we will return the item to you and request that you cover the delivery costs.
